Student Profile
.
Imagine your child as an involved member of the San Fernando Valley Academy (SFVA) community. SFVA students have options for academics, arts, and athletics that are nearly limitless. A challenging, integrated curriculum is enhanced with a balance of creative, visual and performing arts and competitive, yet team-minded athletics.

At SFVA, you’ll find a unique and distinctly innovative environment. It is where you’ll find sixth graders working with a piano and violin as they explore the limits of music. It’s where you’ll see second graders sitting in groups of three to four students as they share opinions of stories they have read. And, it is where parents and faculty alike indulge in the seniors’ pleasure, as they find the colleges they want, want them.

Take a tour with your child, visit classes in action, observe firsthand how students and faculty collaborate. Most importantly, feel the dynamic environment that is created when students are on their journey of self-discovery. While gaining inspiration and knowledge, SFVA students acquire the confidence to enrich the life of the San Fernando Valley community and beyond.
